Beko Installed a Defective Air Conditioner, They Insist on Not Replacing
Beko's negligence turned my air conditioner into a useless piece of equipment. Despite their own investigation confirming a defect, they refused to replace it. The Antalya Regional Directorate, which they claim to have no control over, has been equally unhelpful. Their endless bureaucracy and disregard for my complaints have caused immense stress and discomfort, especially during the hot summer months. I've exhausted all available options, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and initiating a non-pecuniary damages lawsuit. It's clear that Beko prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. I urge everyone to avoid this unreliable brand. Their actions are a prime example of corporate negligence.
