I recently bought a brand new Beko washing machine that is only a month old, but it makes a lot of noise when it is in use. I had to call for service three times, and each time they said the machine was okay. I even recorded a video that clearly shows the machine is faulty, but the authorized Beko service center in Kırıkkale claims there is no problem at all. It's as if they don't care that I've had to keep pointing out the same problem to them. So I've had enough and requested a refund. I'm interested to see what happens next, but I'm not expecting a happy ending. If they don't resolve the situation quickly, I'll have to escalate the situation and take legal action. I'm very disappointed with both Beko and Arçelik, and I won't be purchasing anything from either of them again. It's a shame because I used to trust these companies, but now I get the impression that they don't care about their customers.
