Beko Charges Me Service Fee but Fails to Repair My 9460NM Fridge
On July 5, 2025, I contacted the authorized service in Beşiri/Batman regarding a door open alarm issue with my previous model refrigerator, Beko 9460NM. Since the warranty had expired, I was charged a ₺650 service fee and waited about 10 days for a solution. Without informing me, the service ordered a part and later took my refrigerator to their service center. While the only issue was the door open alarm, I was then told there was a gas leak and that my appliance could not be repaired. They later requested a paid replacement, which I accepted, and my new model, 970406 MB, was delivered on July 25, 2025. During this process, I was left without a refrigerator for 20 days, which caused significant inconvenience, especially in the summer. I not only paid the service fee, but my old product could not be repaired. Furthermore, when I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for the new product, I was offered the highest price with no discount. Communication with both the service and customer service resulted in negative responses. My request is a refund of the ₺650 service fee and a discount on the extended warranty fee for my new product due to the inconvenience I experienced. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved.
