Now they're saying if I don't pick it up in a month, they'll junk it. I'm asking for a fix, not a new one. They offered a 35% discount on a replacement, but I don't trust Beko anymore. They gave a 10-year part guarantee, right? Supposed to be there for service, but it's only been six years, and they're pushing for a swap. Called this number, 0216*******86, about sending it to the press if I don't grab it soon.
I was deceived by the appearance of the Beko 9480 no-frost refrigerator and bought it, but Beko does not produce spare parts. If the Beko brand does not resolve the issue, I will also share the defects in the TV, washing machine, and dishwasher, and I will send them to the press machine as well.
