Frustrating Delay in BEIN Sports Football Star Plan TV Setup!

I bought the Football Star Plan from Bein Sports, and they told me that their technicians would call me within 3–7 business days to set up the TV. This was a very important question I asked when I bought the package. But it's been three weeks, and no one has called or come. Even worse is the fact that there is no one to talk to about this problem. I need the setup to be done right away. When a service says it will do something in a certain amount of time but doesn't, it's very frustrating. Bein Sports, please keep your promise and do the installation when you said you would. This delay has made me feel frustrated and let down.
