My BeIN Sports Channels Keep Losing Signal and I Can’t Reach Customer Support

I've been using bein for a year and a half now. I've been experiencing signal issues for the past three months. All other channels are functioning, including bein special channels, but the sports channels consistently report a decrease in signal level. Calling 473 73 73 and reaching the operator has become quite challenging. The technical service number they provide is currently inactive. Why does bein, who consistently reaches out to discuss ongoing commitments, seem to be absent when it comes to problem-solving?
