About BEIN Sports Decoder Installation

Just 25 days ago, I was excited to sign up for the Bein Sports sports package at a discount. But in the past 25 days, I've had not one but two appointments set up for installation, and no one has shown up, called, or followed up. To add insult to injury, I've tried to contact Bein Sports customer service through different channels, but I haven't been able to find anyone who will help me solve this problem. When people called, they were either put on hold or told that a ticket would be made, but the problem was never fixed. Bein Sports should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. If you want to lose more loyal customers like me, keep up the good work.
