On September 5, 2025, I ordered a Baby Mall Mochi wearable breast pump through Trendyol. The product was delivered earlier, but due to the return process, it did not reach me again until September 12, 2025. On September 8, 2025, I contacted Trendyol customer service and requested a return, but my request was denied on the grounds that it was a hygiene product. My order number is tra2025000064583.
From the moment I received the product, I tried it multiple times, but it never worked. I repeatedly tried to contact Baby Mall using the number on the invoice, but I never received a response. Later, I was given another number for warranty service, but again no solution was provided. The product did not come with any warranty certificate—only the invoice.
Since I recently gave birth, I urgently needed this product. Because it never worked, I suffered multiple cases of mastitis and was unable to feed my baby. The product is still with me, and my grievance continues.
I demand that this issue be resolved immediately, either by refunding the product or replacing it with a properly functioning one.
