Beauty Plus Charged $23 After Free Trial Despite Cancellation

I selected the Premium membership on the Beauty Plus app, which was offered as a three-day free trial. However, even though I canceled the subscription before the free trial period ended, an annual fee of $23 was charged to my account on November 16, 2025. The app stated that the monthly fee was approximately $2, so being charged such a high amount has caused me harm and made me feel misled.
I have not been able to reach any customer support, and I want this issue to be resolved. I request a refund of the unfairly charged amount and the cancellation of my membership.
