On November 6, 2025, I clicked on the 3-day free trial option for the Beauty Plus app through the App Store on my iPhone. However, without any confirmation or warning, an annual fee of $23 was immediately charged to my Turkcell mobile bill. Even though I tried the cancellation and refund steps both within the app and through the App Store, my subscription still appears active until November 2026, and no refund has been issued.
In similar issues I have experienced with other apps, refunds and cancellations were processed without any problems. With the Beauty Plus app, however, my grievance is still unresolved. I request that the charged amount be refunded to me and that my subscription be canceled immediately.
