I purchased Beats Fit Pro headphones from Amazon.com.tr, expecting a brand-new product. To ensure authenticity and reliability, I chose to buy directly from the official Beats page on Amazon. However, what I received was a used product falsely sold as new.

This is unacceptable, especially given the ₺7000 I paid. I trusted Amazon to provide a secure shopping experience, but this has completely shattered my confidence in their service. Selling used items as new is not only dishonest but also a serious breach of trust.

Amazon and Beats, I demand an immediate resolution, whether it’s a full refund or a replacement with a truly new product. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will no longer use Amazon for future purchases.
