Withdrawal Problem - Please Solve

I have a savings account with India Post Payments Bank, which I use through the IPPB mobile banking app. On 3/6/2026 I tried to make a withdrawal of INR 5,300 via UPI from an online game platform called BDG. The withdrawal has been showing as pending for about 15 hours and has not been credited to my bank account. I had also placed several withdrawal requests together on the BDG platform around this time. Inside the BDG platform I received a message saying that my withdrawal is approved, but that to receive it in my bank account I must first deposit Rs 3,500 into my game wallet as a one‑time payment, and that after this all future withdrawals would be sent directly to my bank without delay. Trusting this message, I deposited Rs 3,500, but even after paying this amount the same message continues to appear and the withdrawal of Rs 5,300 is still not completed. I am very worried about this situation and about the safety of my money, because I have already paid Rs 3,500 in addition to the pending withdrawal amount of Rs 5,300, and I still have not received my funds. I request that this issue be urgently checked, that my withdrawal of Rs 5,300 via UPI be allowed and completed to my bank account without any further conditions, and that the problem with such deposit demands linked to withdrawals be investigated. I also request that BDG customer support contact me as soon as possible on my registered mobile number to inform me about the status and solution of my case.
