I deposited 2,000 ₹ to the betting website bdgwin901.com on 3 August around 12:07, but the money has not been added to my account balance and my money is missing. In my account on the site, my username is MEMBERNGNXMZH and my UID is 14319013. In my payment application, the 2,000 ₹ transfer to Punit is clearly shown as “Completed” with transaction ID 658197434089 and the sender name SOPIKUL ISLAM. Despite this, my balance on bdgwin901.com is still not updated and only a very small amount appears. I have payment proof and screenshots of my account, but the platform is not responding properly and I cannot get any solution. I feel seriously victimised and consider this platform a scam, because they received my money but did not reflect it on my balance. I request that my missing 2,000 ₹ be immediately credited to my bdgwin901.com account or refunded to me, and that a clear explanation be provided about this incident.
