I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue I experienced on the betting platform BDG WIN. On 29 March at around 3:19 p.m., I deposited 5,000 INR into my BDG WIN account using UPI via Paytm. The amount was debited from my Paytm-linked bank account, and I have a successful transaction confirmation with Payment UTR 601798400956, but the money has not been credited to my BDG WIN account balance associated with the mobile number 9354145251. After realizing that the 5,000 INR was missing from my BDG WIN balance despite the successful transaction on my side, I contacted BDG WIN customer support. However, I did not receive any proper or helpful response, and the issue remains unresolved. Since the payment has clearly been processed from my side and I hold the confirmed transaction details, I request that the full amount of 5,000 INR be refunded to my UPI account as soon as possible or that it be immediately credited to my BDG WIN account balance without any further delay.
