Please Refund My Money

I made two payments to the BDG Win betting app via UPI using Paytm, one for 3,000 rupees and another for 5,000 rupees. The 3,000 rupees payment was for adding balance in a game, but the time ran out and the money did not reach my game account. The 5,000 rupees payment is also still pending and has not been credited. Even though both payments were debited from my Paytm/UPI, neither amount has been added to my BDG Win balance and no refund has been made back to me. Because of this, my total of 8,000 rupees is stuck and I cannot use it in the game or get it back. I contacted BDG Win support and they told me to resubmit my request under the “deposit not received” section. However, in that section there is no pending transaction showing, so I am unable to resubmit or complete any process from my side. I request that the 3,000 and 5,000 rupees I paid be either correctly added to my BDG Win game account balance or fully refunded to my Paytm/UPI account as soon as possible, and that this issue be checked and resolved urgently.
