On 28/06/2026, I made a deposit of 500 via Paytm wallet to my account on the BDG website. The transaction was successfully completed on Paytm’s side with UTR number 309384478574, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG wallet. I have contacted BDG customer support about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and my balance still does not reflect this deposit. This situation is causing me inconvenience, as the money has already been debited from my Paytm wallet. I request that the 500 be immediately credited to my BDG wallet corresponding to the transaction with UTR 309384478574, or that you urgently investigate and resolve this issue without any further delay.
