I made a payment of ₹5000 on 29/05/2026 to load my Bdggame wallet via State Bank of India UPI. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it was not credited to my Bdggame wallet. The UTR number for this transaction is 020511374207. Despite the payment being successfully deducted from my bank, my Bdggame wallet balance has not been updated, and I have not received any support or response from Bdggame regarding this issue. This situation is causing inconvenience, as the money is stuck and I am unable to use my funds. I request that my ₹5000 either be immediately credited to my Bdggame wallet or refunded back to my State Bank of India account for the above UTR number transaction as soon as possible.
