My BDG Win UID is 6598323. It has been over one month and 12 days, and despite multiple deposit attempts, the amount has not been received. I have submitted all required documents, including the bank account statement PDF, handheld video, bank app login, and deposit transfer video, but my issue remains unresolved. The order number is RC2025020320112360051555C for an INR 6500 deposit made on 03/02/2025 at 08:11 PM. The receiver UPI is sonudas***@sbi, and the UTR number is 50344202****. Please address this issue urgently.
