On March 22, 2026, at around 6:15 PM, I used PhonePe to transfer ₹2,000 from my Airtel Payments Bank account to my BDG account. However, the amount has still not been credited properly.
The money has already been deducted from my side, but it is not showing in my BDG account. I contacted customer support and was only told to “please wait patiently.” Even after about 10 hours, the ₹2,000 is still not visible in my BDG account, and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that either the ₹2,000 be credited to my BDG account as intended or the full amount be refunded to my Airtel Payments Bank account as soon as possible.
