My Money Not Credited My Game Account

I made a payment through my Android device to BDG Game for my game account with ID 7736*** but the money has still not been credited to my account. The payment was made about two days ago, and since then I have been waiting for the in‑game balance to appear. The total amount I paid was 15,000 INR, and I have all the necessary documents and proof of payment, including the records from my side. When I contacted support, I was told that the payment was still being checked, but nothing has changed and my game account is still not credited. I request that my payment be processed and the corresponding amount be immediately credited to my game account or that a clear and prompt solution be provided without any further delay.
