My Deposit Not Received - Please Check

I made a deposit of 45,000 INR from Punjab National Bank in District Sitapur on 19.05.2026 to my Bdg game account, but the amount has still not been credited in the game. The money has already been debited from my bank account and the payment has gone through, yet my Bdg game balance has not been updated. Since the payment has been successfully processed by the bank, I request that my deposit of 45,000 INR be checked and immediately credited to my Bdg game account, or that the amount be refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
