I Cannot Access ₹20000 After Bdg Game Payment Not Reflected

I made a deposit of ₹20,000 into my Bdg game account on April 2, 2026, using the Fast QR Pay option from my Punjab National Bank savings account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the transaction is marked as successful in my bank statement with transaction ID/UTR number 609243216109. However, this amount has not been credited to my game account.
After noticing that my game balance did not update, I contacted Bdg customer support, but they informed me that the deposit was not received on their end. I then visited my bank branch, where I was clearly told that the transaction was completed successfully and the funds were transferred. The bank even advised me to escalate the matter to the cyber cell if the issue remains unresolved.
I also have full supporting evidence, including my bank statement, transaction screenshots, and a video recording of the payment process. Despite the transaction being successfully completed and verified by the bank, I still have not received the funds in my game account, and there is a clear mismatch between the responses from Bdg and my bank.
I request that Bdg urgently investigate this transaction and arrange a full refund of ₹20,000 back to my Punjab National Bank savings account linked to this payment. I expect a prompt resolution along with clear confirmation once the refund has been processed.
