My Airtel Payments Bank account shows a transaction error even though funds left my account, how can I resolve it?

If your Airtel Payments Bank account shows a transaction error even though funds were debited;

• Open the Airtel Payments Bank or UPI app and check the transaction status in history (failed or pending)
• Note down the transaction ID, UPI reference number, amount, date, and merchant details
• Take screenshots of the error message, debit entry, and transaction details for proof
• Contact Airtel Payments Bank support through the in-app help section and raise a dispute with full details
• If you used a UPI app like Google Pay, PhonePe, or BHIM, raise the issue there as well
• Inform the merchant and confirm that they did not receive the payment

If the problem persists;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report a failed transaction where money was debited and request a reversal or resolution
