Paytm UPI Transfer Failed to Credit My Airtel Payments Bank Account
I made a UPI transfer from Paytm to my Airtel Payments Bank account on May 2. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, but it has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is 301825371058.
After noticing the issue, I contacted customer care and was advised to wait 72 hours for the transaction to be completed. However, even after the full 72-hour waiting period passed, the money was still not credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account, and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that this transaction be investigated on priority and that the missing amount be credited immediately to my Airtel Payments Bank account. If the transfer cannot be completed, I expect the necessary corrective action or refund process to be initiated without any further delay.
