Despite following the process on the platform correctly, the money has not been credited to my account. When I contacted Big Daddy customer support about this problem, I was told to wait 72 hours. This period has already passed, yet the 50,000 withdrawal is still missing from my Airtel Payments Bank account and I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution. I request that Big Daddy immediately processes and pays the pending 50,000 withdrawal to my Airtel Payments Bank account without any further delay. I also ask for clear information on the status of this transaction and the reason for this delay.
