EZ777 Withdrawal Marked Successful but ₹35,000 Not Received in Bank

I have an account with EZ777, which I use for betting, and I am facing a serious issue with a withdrawal that is marked as successful but has never reached my bank account. On March 14, I requested a withdrawal of ₹35,000 via bank transfer to my Airtel Payments Bank account. In the EZ777 system, the withdrawal status shows as successfully completed, but the funds have not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted EZ777 customer support and explained that the ₹35,000 withdrawal, which appears as successful on their end, has not been received in my Airtel Payments Bank account. Their response was that they appreciate my cooperation, that my documents were forwarded to their verification team, and that I should wait 24 hours for an update. However, a significant amount of time has passed, and every time I follow up, I receive the same generic response without any clear resolution, proof of payment, or actual transfer.
Before this incident, I had successfully received withdrawals from EZ777 to the same Airtel Payments Bank account without any issues, which confirms that this problem is specific to this ₹35,000 transaction.
I request that this missing withdrawal be urgently investigated and that the ₹35,000 be either credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account or that a clear, documented explanation along with proof of transaction be provided without any further delay.
