My ₹45,000 Battery Bet Withdrawal Is Still Pending In Airtel Payments Bank

I play on the mobile game called Battery Bet Game and requested a withdrawal of ₹45,000 on 11 May at around 14:50. I selected transfer to my Airtel Payments Bank account, but until now, the ₹45,000 has not been credited. I tried to reach them via Gmail, but I have not received a proper solution, and my money is still stuck. I am very disappointed that such a large amount has not been paid, even though the withdrawal request was completed from my side. I request that my pending ₹45,000 withdrawal be immediately transferred to my Airtel Payments Bank account, and that any issue blocking this payment be resolved as soon as possible.
