BDG Win Deposit Not Received 3 Days
I deposited ₹5,000 into my BDG Win account via UPI, but the money has still not been credited to my gaming account. I made a successful UPI payment of ₹5,000 from my Super.money application, as shown in the attached receipt, where a payment was sent from Vishal S*** to Asan A***. The transaction is marked as successful and the amount has been debited from my bank, but my BDG Win balance continues to show no deposit and I cannot use the funds. I request that my deposit of ₹5,000 be credited to my BDG Win account without any further delay, or that the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method if the deposit cannot be completed. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and for you to ensure that similar problems do not happen again.

i have deposite 2000 rs in bdg win game on 16.09.2026 at 16:49:55. my vide order no. 5789b. so far my deposite has not been reflected till date i.e. 18.09.2026. I have made approach to customer care and submitted my bank account statement, my cred wallet screenshot, video to open cred wallet app, bdg agent bar code. I have submitted all requisite documents immediately within one hours. This is my first time experience i have faced this deposit problem. i therefore request that after scruitiny my 2000 rs be deposited in BDG win game.
