I Made Two BDG Win UPI Deposits but My Wallet Was Not Credited

I am a user of the BDG Win App, and my BDG Win UID is 9905689. On 07/06/2026 at 08:11 PM and again on 08/06/2026, I made two UPI deposits from my Union Bank account, but the amounts have still not been credited to my BDG Win wallet even after more than 24 hours. The first deposit was for INR 10,000 with order number RC20260607084109821055195g, sent to receiver UPI ID boim-892405760***@boi with UTR number 207947926663. The second deposit was for INR 5,000 with order number RC20260608091914741055463a, sent to receiver UPI ID boim-502508210***@boi with UTR number 307551268779. Both amounts have been debited from my bank account but are still not reflected in my BDG Win balance. I have already submitted all the documents requested, including my bank account statement in PDF format, a handheld verification video, a screen recording of my bank app login, and the deposit transfer video. Despite providing all these details, my issue remains unresolved. When I contacted BDG Win support, I was only told that “our team will review this” and after that I received no further response or solution. I request that my total amount of INR 15,000 be immediately credited to my BDG Win wallet, or the issue be resolved urgently so that I do not face any further financial loss or delay.
