BDG Game UPI Deposits Debited but Not Credited to Balance

I made two UPI deposits to my Bdg game account (UID 21588***) on 13 May 2026, but neither of them has been credited to my account so far. The first payment was 9,700 made via Paytm at 10:17 a.m., with UTR 613342278994 and order number RC2026051310171763515282d, and the second payment was 4,950 made via Fampay at 8:54 a.m., with UTR 613333425644 and order number RC2026051308541453812765b, both on the same date. Despite the amounts being successfully debited from my accounts, my Bdg game balance has not been updated. I have contacted Bdg game support about this issue, but the only response I keep receiving is to “please wait patiently,” without any concrete solution or time frame. This situation is causing serious inconvenience, as my money is stuck and I am unable to use the services I paid for. I request that the total amount of these two deposits be immediately credited to my Bdg game account without any further delay, or the issue be clearly explained and resolved as a priority.
