BDG Win Deposit Not Credited – UPI Payment Successful but Missing

I deposited money into my BDG Win game account, but the amount has not been credited despite successful payment confirmations through UPI.

On March 24, 2026, I deposited ₹800, and on March 30, 2026, I deposited ₹20,000. Both payments were completed successfully, and for one of the transactions, I have the UPI UTR number: 608945562192. However, neither of these deposits has been reflected in my BDG Win account balance.

Since making these deposits, I have been trying to contact BDG Win customer support from yesterday until today, but I have not received any proper response. I only received a message stating that my payment is under review, with no further action taken or timeline provided for resolution.

I am extremely disappointed that such a large amount has been pending for so long. I request that these two deposits—₹800 from March 24, 2026, and ₹20,000 from March 30, 2026—be verified and immediately credited to my BDG Win game account without any further delay.

I expect urgent action to resolve this issue as soon as possible, since the payments have already been successfully processed through UPI.
