I Did Not Receive My Deposit on Both of My BDG Accounts

I haven’t received my deposit twice—once under BDG ID 3329*** and again under my second ID, BDG ID 4900***. Please make sure the deposit is credited to my account, as the total amount is ₹2000. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I’m requesting your support to resolve it. Sir, please help.
