BDG Deposit Failure, Unresponsive Support

My BDG deposit failed twice, each time for 10,000 rupees, and the support team has not responded to any of my messages. Please help—this is very frustrating. BDG support team is unresponsive and making false claims instead of resolving the issue. I’ve tried to get help but received nothing. My total recharge of 20,000 rupees has failed, and I urgently want the money to be credited to my BDG account.
