BDG WIN Deposit Problem

My problem is that I have deposited ₹1000 in my BDG account,and the money has been debited from my Bank account. But the... money hasn't been credited into my BDG account. And in the deposit section it is showing (to be paid) submit receipt. But still now I haven't received the money I deposited. Pleas
