I am using the betting site BDG WIN and on 2 April at around 8:57 I made a deposit of 500 INR via UPI. The amount was debited from my account and I have a successful transaction with the reference ID T2604020857459458395863, but the money has not been credited to my BDG WIN account. After noticing that the 500 INR was missing from my balance, I contacted BDG WIN customer support, but I did not receive any proper response and the issue is still unresolved. Since the payment has been successfully processed from my side and I have the transaction details, I request a full refund of the 500 INR back to my UPI account as soon as possible.
