Deposit Stuck Under Process After Paytm Payment

I made a deposit of 3000 to my BDG wallet via Paytm, using the transaction/reference number 607518662539. Even though the payment was completed on Paytm’s side, in my BDG wallet the deposit has been showing as “under process” for about one hour and has still not been credited. Because of this delay, I am unable to use my funds as intended. I request that my 3000 deposit be checked urgently and either credited to my BDG wallet without further delay or otherwise resolved as soon as possible.
