BDG Deposit Problem - Please Help!
I made a deposit of 3000 on 08/03/2026 to Bdgwin / Colour Trending via Paytm, but this amount has still not been credited to my account on the platform. I have the transaction details and proof of payment available from Paytm, yet the balance is not reflected on Bdgwin / Colour Trending. I tried to contact Bdgwin / Colour Trending customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing me inconvenience because my money has been deducted from Paytm but is not usable on the platform. I request that my deposit of 3000 made on 08/03/2026 via Paytm be checked urgently and either credited immediately to my Bdgwin / Colour Trending account or otherwise resolved without any further delay. I am ready to share the transaction ID, UTR and screenshots if needed so that this issue can be quickly investigated and settled.
The deposit has not been received, and the payment has failed. Please check the status and resolve it as soon as possible.
