Deposit Not Received

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a missing deposit on BDG Game. I made a deposit of ₹30,000 through PhonePe with UTR number 130287668814. The amount was successfully debited from my account, but it has neither been credited to my BDG Game ID nor returned to my bank account. After noticing that the money did not reflect in my game wallet, I contacted BDG Game support multiple times, but the deposit has still not been provided. This situation has caused me financial stress, as a large amount is stuck without any resolution or clear response. I request BDG Game to urgently check this transaction with the given UTR number and either credit the full ₹30,000 to my BDG Game account or immediately refund it to my bank account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and a clear confirmation to be shared with me.
