Deposit Not Credited To Account

I am using the BDG Game mobile app and on 6 June 2026 I deposited ₹1300 through Google Pay, but the amount was never credited to my game account. In the app, the deposit status shows as “Failed” even though the payment went through from my side. My BDG Game user ID is 21530*** and the Google Pay UPI Transaction ID is 615756805119 for the ₹1300 payment on 6 June 2026. Since the transaction failed on BDG Game but succeeded on my bank/Google Pay side, I contacted BDG Game support multiple times starting from 6 June 2026. As requested by the support team, I have already submitted all necessary evidence, including payment screenshots, my bank statement PDF and a video recording showing the issue. Despite this, the only response I receive is that my case is “under review” and they are still checking the documents. No clear update has been provided, my game balance has not been updated, and I have not received any refund, even though several days have passed. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹1300 deposit to my BDG Game account (user ID: 21530***) or refunding the ₹1300 to my original bank/Google Pay account linked to this transaction. I expect a clear and final resolution as soon as possible, instead of further delays and repeated “under review” messages.
