Deposit Not Credited After Successful UPI Payment

My name is Puneet G***, BDG Win user ID 12848***, registered mobile number 7015698*** and email address puneetg***[email protected]. I am facing a serious problem with a deposit to my BDG Win game wallet that has still not been credited. On 14 March 2026 at 7:06 PM, I deposited Rs. 50,000 to my BDG Win game wallet via UPI using Paytm. The payment was made to UPI ID babakinaramtraderspropraghavendr12***@upgraminbank with Transaction/UTR No. 398923962099. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my BDG Win wallet till now. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the payment was successfully transferred to the merchant’s account. I have raised this issue many times with BDG Win support since 14 March 2026, but I have not received any response or resolution. This delay is causing me serious financial distress because a large amount of money is stuck without any update from your side. I am attaching the payment screenshot, my bank statement showing the debit, and the UTR confirmation so that you can verify the transaction details. I request that you urgently investigate this issue, locate the payment linked to my user ID 12848***, and immediately credit Rs. 50,000 to my BDG Win game wallet. I also request a written update and confirmation that you have received this complaint and processed the refund/credit as soon as possible.
