BDG Win Failed to Credit My ₹500 UPI Deposit

On 15 May 2026 at 21:34:38, I deposited an amount of 500 via UPI into my BDG Win account, but the balance has still not been credited to my game wallet. My game ID is 105970, and the UTR/Transaction ID for this payment is 613552266564. The payment has been successfully debited from my account, yet it is not reflecting in my BDG Win balance. I request that this deposit be checked urgently and the amount of 500 be credited to my BDG Win account as soon as possible. I am also attaching the payment screenshot as proof of the successful transaction and kindly ask you to resolve this issue promptly and confirm once the balance has been added.
