Deposit Not Credited After Successful Paytm Payment
I deposited 1,800 rupees from my bank account via Paytm to the BDG game on 5 July 2026, but this amount has still not been credited to my BDG game wallet. In the bank side the payment is shown as successful to “Corpsorsia Enterprises”, and I have a transaction receipt and Paytm confirmation with BDG ID 22490***, order number RC202607050112065410550*** and UTR 309781103791. Despite this, my BDG game balance is showing only a few rupees and the 1,800 rupees deposit is missing. Since 5 July 2026 I have been trying continuously to get this issue resolved, but the deposit has not been received in my BDG game ID. I have already sent emails and tried to contact your customer service, but I did not receive any proper response or solution. As proof, I have attached my bank transaction details, screenshots and a screen recording showing that the money was debited from my account but not added to my BDG game wallet. I am also ready to share my bank passbook PDF and its passw PDF password ord directly with you if needed to verify the transaction. I request you to urgently locate this transaction and credit the full 1,800 rupees to my BDG game account without any further delay, or clearly explain why the deposit has not been added even though it was successfully debited from my bank.
