BDG Support Keeps Delaying My Missing Deposit Problem

I placed an order with Bdg on 16/05/2026 at 6:52 pm using my number 70864133**. The order number is RC2026051618522622068136f, and my ID is 14003228. In this order, I paid Rs 1500 for a Bdg game deposit, but the game deposit has not been received in my account. After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I contacted Bdg customer service and provided all the documents they requested. However, I was only told to be patient while they were “checking”, and despite sending everything they asked for, I have not received any real help or a solution so far. I request that my missing game deposit of Rs 1500 be credited to my account immediately or that my money be refunded without further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why it has not been resolved even after I submitted all the required documents.
