BDG WIN Has Not Credited My 2000 Paytm Deposit

On February 6, 2026, I deposited 2000 into my BDG WIN account through Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG WIN balance.

After noticing the issue, I contacted BDG WIN customer support and informed them about the missing 2000 deposit. Instead of resolving the problem, they repeatedly asked me to provide the latest bank statement PDF, even though I clearly explained that the payment was made via Paytm and that I am simply waiting for the deposit to appear in my account.

I request that BDG WIN immediately credit the 2000 to my account without any further delay so that I can access and use my funds.
