Deposit Debited From SBI Account but Not Credited

I am writing to report a serious issue with a failed deposit on my Bdg Win account that has still not been resolved. On 7 June at approximately 09:54 AM, I deposited 20,000 INR through PhonePe using my SBI Bank account, but the amount has not been credited to my Bdg Win balance. My Bdg Win UID number is 5941***, the order number for this transaction is RC20260607095340701015328c, and the UTR number is 444339051670. The money has been successfully debited from my bank, but it is not showing in my Bdg Win account. I have already contacted Bdg Win customer support about this issue, but they have not provided any helpful response and the situation remains unchanged. I am extremely worried about my 20,000 INR and I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. I request that you urgently check this transaction using the UID, order number, and UTR details I have provided, and either credit the 20,000 INR to my Bdg Win account or refund it back to my bank account without any further delay.
