BDG Win Game Has Not Credited My $936 in PhonePe Deposits

I am writing regarding a serious deposit issue I have experienced with Bdg win game. On 28 or 29 May, I made 3 separate deposit transactions via UPI using the PhonePe app, with a total amount of 80,000 rupees. The full amount was deducted from my bank account, but none of these deposits have been credited to my Bdg win game account. After noticing the problem, I contacted Bdg customer support and, as requested, I sent all the necessary documents and proofs of payment properly to the support team. However, I have not received any proper response or solution. Each time, I only get the same reply that my payment is “under review,” without any clear information, resolution, or time frame. The situation has been ongoing since those transactions, and my money is stuck without any usable balance in my account or any refund. I request that Bdg win game urgently resolves this issue by either immediately crediting the full 80,000 rupees to my game account or refunding the entire amount back to my bank account, and providing a clear written explanation of what went wrong with these 3 UPI PhonePe transactions.
