Deposit Amount Not Received In My Account

On 16/05/26, I deposited an amount of 5000 INR into my BDG Win account using UPI via the Paytm app. The transaction was completed successfully on Paytm, and the transfer ID shown there is 613669370650. Despite the payment being successful, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Win account. I contacted BDG Win customer support about this issue. They only told me to wait and give them some time, but 12 days have now passed and the 5000 INR has still not appeared in my account, nor have I received a clear or helpful response from support. I request that my deposit of 5000 INR from this UPI transaction (Paytm transfer ID 613669370650) be immediately credited to my BDG Win account without any further delay, or that you take the necessary action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
