Bdgwin Withdrawal Pending

I have an account on the Bdgwin betting platform and I am unable to withdraw my own money. I have a balance of 23,000 in my account and when I try to withdraw, my withdrawal requests stay in “pending/processing” status and the site is asking me to pay an extra “tax fee” in order to release my money. This situation started today and I have tried to withdraw multiple times, but instead of paying my balance to my bank card, they keep the withdrawals pending and demand an additional tax payment in advance. I also have screenshots of my withdrawal history showing that the withdrawals are stuck in processing status. I request that my 23,000 balance be paid to me without any additional tax fee request and that my withdrawals be completed without further delay. I also want the platform to stop blocking withdrawals with such excuses and to provide clear and transparent information to users.
