BDG Win Account Locked Without Reason: Restore Access and Balance

I have an account on the Bdgwin platform and my account was locked on 14 July without any valid reason or prior notice. Before the account was locked, there was a balance of 2100 in my account and I had requested a withdrawal of 3000, which was already processed and paid. After my account was locked, I have not been able to access my profile, play games or use my remaining balance. I was not given any clear explanation about why my account was blocked, and this situation has caused me stress and financial concern. I request that my Bdgwin account be immediately reviewed and unlocked, and that I be allowed full access to my account and any remaining balance. If there is any alleged issue, I also request a clear written explanation based on evidence.
