I Deposited ₹10000 In BDG But Only ₹5000 Was Credited

On April 15, 2026, I made two separate deposits of ₹5,000 each via UPI into my BDG game account under the game ID “KingRj,” for a total of ₹10,000. However, only one deposit of ₹5,000 was successfully credited to my account, while the other ₹5,000 is still missing.
I contacted the BDG support team and provided all the necessary details and proof for both UPI transactions. Despite this, I keep receiving the same generic response stating that the “relevant team is checking the details.” It has now been more than two days, and I have not received any clear update or resolution regarding the missing funds.
I request that the missing ₹5,000 be promptly credited to my BDG gaming account associated with the game ID “KingRj.” Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and provide a clear update on the status of my transaction. My UID is 20546679.

I have been a long-time user of BDG, but for the past 10 days I have been facing a serious issue with a missing ₹5,000 UPI payment. I have been constantly contacting support, yet no solution has been provided. This situation is very disappointing.
